An original Tuska (1931-1998) cast paper bas-relief sculpture Four Square. The piece is created using paper, graphite and colored pencils. The piece is one of a series featuring geometric shapes, all with a 4 square symbol written in pencil at the bottom. The piece is signed by the artist in pencil at the bottom right and is presented in a plastic case. An internationally acclaimed artist, Tuska is known for his painterly depictions of nudes via sculptures, paintings, and reliefs and are highly sought after. His work expresses the influence of the late Impressionist movement of French artist Rodin. Similar to 17LEX055-004 and 17LEX055-008.
