An original Tuska (1931-1998) cast paper bas-relief sculpture. The piece is from the Backside series Tuska made from cast paper and graphite. The piece is in a black wooden frame and is signed on the bottom right by the artist in pencil. An internationally acclaimed artist, Tuska is known for his painterly depictions of nudes via sculptures, paintings, and reliefs and are highly sought after. His work expresses the influence of the late Impressionist movement of French artist Rodin.
