Hand Painted Indo-Persian Porcelain Tile of Mounted Hunters in an Ornate Inlay Frame

A hand painted Indo-Persian porcelain tile by an anonymous artist. This depicts three mounted men, dressed in long boots, wrapped sashes and turbans, with various weapons, hunting racing deer within a hilly abstract landscape. No signature could be found. This work is presented behind glass in a wooden frame ornately decorated with mixed media inlays to display delicate repeated foliates. An easel stand is adhered on verso.
Condition
- some wear to the paint of the artwork; some overall wear to the frame including scuffs and debris; with cracks particularly seen at the edges.
