Vintage Barrel Top Trunk

Item Details

A vintage barrel top trunk featuring wood strip bumpers and decorative brass hardware. Interior is fully lined with small print blue and tan floral paper on a cream field, Paper board compartment tray insets are also fully covered in the same paper and have decorative images affixed to the front centers of the hinged opening panels. Lid of trunk has a drop down panel to reveal an enclosed compartment and the lift out tray has two lidded compartments. Exterior of trunk is covered in a gray painted linen cloth with black metal sheeting and corner banding along with stained natural wood bumper strips along the sides and across the barrel top. Decorative brass details highlight the joints and ends of the wood bumpers and leather strap handles that are attached to each end of the trunk.
