A circa 1900 large Pima Native American coiled bowl woven in a geometric maze pattern (symbolizing the man in the maze) culminating in a large star at the center. The bowl has been created from devils claw, willow and bear grass with the stitch count is approximately ten per inch. The generous size of the basketry bowl is noteworthy.

Condition

There are four minor breaks in the rim and the bowl leans slightly forward.
