A limited edition offset lithograph on paper of an original painting by Marc Chagall (1887-1985) titled The Wedding. This colorful abstract print depicts a couple embracing in a landscape filled with a variety of plants. The print is numbered 287 in an edition of 500 to the lower left and features a printed signature to the lower right margin. Mounted under a double layer of yellow and navy matting, the print is presented under glass in a gold tone wood frame. Hanging wire and a Certificate of Authenticity are present to the verso of the frame. Known for his contributions to the Cubism, Symbolism and Fauvism movements, Chagall is best known for his abstract paintings and public art.
