An original oil painting on canvas by Murat Kaboulov of a street scene. Painted by Kaboulov (1939-2010), an American-Russian artist, this original piece depicts a street scene with a gathering of people, set in front of a pond. The canvas is stretched over a wooden frame and is loose. Pencil inscriptions to the verso include Kaboulov’s signature and a date of 2003.
Russian-born artist Kaboulov studied at the prestigious Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia in the studio of Prof. E Moiseyenko and moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 1992.
