Conte Crayon
A grouping of charcoal and conte crayon figure drawings by Murat Kaboulov. These three drawings on toned paper depict nude women rendered in various poses against loose, gestural marks indicating drapery. An artist signature and date (2007) are seen to the lower margins.
Russian-born artist Kaboulov studied at the prestigious Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia in the studio of Prof. E Moiseyenko and moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 1992.
