1979 Tanaka Ryōhei Limtied Edition Etching "Yogo Snow"
Item Details
A 1979 limited edition etching and aquatint on paper by well listed Japanese artist Tanaka Ryōhei (1933-). This depicts a barren landscape with rows of singular and tied pairs of dead tree trunks, with mountains visible in the distance. It is numbered forty-four out of an edition of a hundred. It is dated and signed in pencil in the lower right corner. This work is presented with a white mat, under glass in a black metal frame, wired for hanging.
Condition
- some overall surface dirt; mat is stained; frame shows wear including scratches; backing paper is stained and punctures.
