Italian Hand Colored Etching "Villa Bardini"
Item Details
A hand colored etching on heavyweight rag paper by an Italian artist. Titled Villa Bardini this depicts a set of stone steps leading up to a tall shuttered door of the 17th century Florentine villa. It is titled below the print in pencil ‘[illegible] e museo ’Villa Bardini’’ and signed illegibly in the bottom right corner. This work is presented with a white mat, under glass in a brass tone metal frame, wired for hanging.
Condition
- mat is beginning to warp; some discoloration around edge of mat and edge of paper. (ARTIAS)
