A gouache painting on cardboard of a rural landscape setting. The framed piece depicts a winding country road running past a small cottage surrounded by trees with changing leaves. The road extends onward to the sea, with white clouds disappearing into a grey-blue sky. The piece is signed ‘Rich’ in paint to the lower right margin. The painting is presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with wire to the back for hanging.

- to Poor; adhesive residue to glass; areas of discoloration to edges of painting; areas of surface chipping and cracking to paint near top right; wear and scratching to frame finish; water damage, discoloration and small holes to frame backing.
