An early 20th Century marble bust of the German composer Wilhelm Richard Wagner by well-known sculptor Cyrus Edwin Dallin (1861-1944), most famous for his sculptures depicting famous Native American figures. It is signed ‘C.E. Dallin’ to the verso and titled ‘Wagner’ to the front. The piece rests atop a cream and brown striated marble pedestal base.

Condition

Minor marks and wear to stone. Discoloration present.
