A set of decorative porcelain plates manufactured by Imperial Jingdezhen during the late 1980s, including the complete twelve plate set of the lovely Beauties of the Red Mansion Series with ‘Hsi-feng’ (1987), ‘Li-Wan’ (1988), ‘Ying-chun’ (1988), ‘Miao-yu’ (1988), ‘Hsiang-yun’ (1989), ‘Tai-yu’ (1988), ‘Pao-chai’ (1986), ‘Ko-ching’ (1989), ‘Yuan-chun’ (1986), ‘Hsi-chun’ (1987), ‘Tan-chun’ (1989), and ‘Chiao-chieh’ (1989). Also included is the ‘Marbel Boat’ (1988) plate from the Scenes from the Summer Palace series. The back of each plate is inscribed in Chinese and bear the date and trademark. Each piece is clearly marked that the plate is for decorative purposes only.

- the plates are in their original boxes; there is some wear to the boxes themselves.
