Vintage Tory Handbag With Bakelite Handle
Item Details
A mid 20th-century women’s handbag from Tory Leather of New York. The bag is made of leather in a deep rich brown color and has an alligator finish. The top of the bag has a hinged opening made of caramel-colored Bakelite from the period. The inside of the bag is lined in soft gray cloth, and there are two strap handles to match the outside sides of the bag.
Condition
- to fair, the Bakelite is cracked on the inside of the handbag, but it does not show on the outside of the bag.
