Item Details

An original oil painting on board, depicting the view from a mountainside. It has a short stretch of grassy hillside in the foreground, looking out over evergreens and over hills and valleys with a checkerboard of fields, under a blue sky. The view is framed between two sets of tall evergreens. It is signed in the lower right; signature appears to read ‘MK 1953.’ The piece is presented in a bronze tone wooden frame carved with scroll and floral accents.

Condition

some chipping on frame. Some canvas wear.
