Decoupage Offset Lithographs on Board After Child Portrait Paintings
Item Details
A grouping of decoupage offset lithographs on board after child portrait paintings. These three prints depict classical renditions of children, dressed up in gowns and a button up shirt, posed against a flat black background accented with flowers, velvet red cloth and a dog. Seen to the verso is an affixed tag attributing the decoupage job to Helen Johnston in 1965-1966, as well as noting each piece is from the Henry Ford Collection. Also seen to the verso is hanging wire.
Condition
- to fair; pieces are lifting at edges; tears and abrasions present on prints.
