A signed Brenda S. Richardson folk art clay pottery figural sculpture titled Rosie the Mermaid. It features a poised mermaid in shades of blue with a milky white underglaze. The smiling mermaid wears a blooming rose to the top of her raven-black head. On the bottom, there is unglazed red earthenware clay and a stamped ‘BSR’ mark.
