A pair of original vintage French advertisements designed by fame Italian-French designer Leonetto Cappiello (1875 – 1942). The first is a hand-pulled lithographic advertisement for “Citronnade à L’Ananas.” It depicts a woman drinking a glass of the pineapple beverage and holding a bottle. The second is a hand-pulled lithograph and woodblock advertisement for Corset Le Furet, depicting a woman modeling the form-fitting garment. The pieces are both matted in white and presented behind glass in matching composite frames with cast olive surface embellishment, silver tone finish, and hanging wires.
