Pair of Lucius Dubose Hand-Colored Limited Edition Bird Etchings

A pair of hand-colored etchings on paper by contemporary American illustrator and author Lucius Dubose (Nashville), titled Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker and Ruby Throat (04). The prints depict the birds in their natural habitats with their plumage hand-colored in vivid shades. The prints are both signed, titled, and numbered in pencil to their lower margins. Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker is numbered 45/300 and Ruby-Throat (04) is numbered 39/300. The prints are both double-matted in mauve and black and presented behind glass in matching matte black metal frames with hanging wires and certificates of authenticity attached to their versos.
