Item Details

An original vintage large hand-pulled lithograph poster designed by well-listed French designer Marcellin Auzolle (1842 – 1942), circa 1920. The piece advertises Massé Père & Fils Champagne. It depict a man in a bright yellow outfit carrying a bottle of the champagne gleefully through a dark celler illuminated by a lantern in his hand. The piece was printed by Maus, Delhalle & Urban of Paris, France. The piece is signed in-plate to the lower right and presented behind acrylic glass in a silver tone composite frame with a hanging wire.
