An authentic vintage offset lithograph advertisement for Sortilége perfume by Le Galion Parfumeur à paris, circa 1950. The advertisement depicts a mermaid playing a harp in a curious yellow body of water. The piece is signed in-plate to the lower left by the advertisement’s designer Claude Maurel. The advertisement is mounted to white backing and matted in white. It is dated and labeled ‘Paris, France’ in pencil to the lower margin. Presented behind glass in a wooden frame with black finish and a hanging wire. A certificate of authenticity signed by French interior designer John-Christophe Hryb is attached to the verso.
