An Alphonse Mucha (1860 – 1939) lithograph poster titled Chardon de Grève (Thistle of the Shore). The Art Nouveau poster depicts a young woman in a black frock and white bonnet, facing left, with a handful of thistle. The background is composed of graphic patterns in bright colors. Signed in plate. Linen matted and framed under glass with hanging wire to back.
