Vintage Moriyama Morimachi Tea Set
Item Details
A vintage Moriyama Morimachi tea set. This set, designed circa 1925, features raised, ivory-colored floral detailing on a bright orange base. The teapot features a domed lid with a rose-style finial. Most are stamped to the bottom with a ‘Hand Painted Japan’ mark. Included are five tea cups, six saucers, one lidded bowl, one lidded pitcher, six luncheon plates, and a cream jug with an elongated spout.
Condition
- to fair. Cracking on some pieces, chipping on rim to some cups.
