E. Aval Impressionist Landscape on Canvas
Item Details
An original Impressionist oil painting on canvas by artist E. Aval (20th century). This painting depicts hilly banks surrounding a small body of water, with a series of people seen in a canoe on the right side of the work. The painting is signed to lower right and is presented in an ornate gilt cast gesso frame with a gilt fillet and black velvet liner. Hanging wire present to verso.

- two small areas of inpainting repairs presnt to lower right.
