Early 1900s Sampson Hancock & Sons "Ivanhoe" Semi-Porcelain Covered Dishes

A pair of Sampson Hancock & Sons Ivanhoe semi-porcelain covered dishes. This set includes one vegetable dish and one soup tureen, which feature the Ivanhoe pattern with blue floral and fruit designs, embossed scrolls, and gold tone trim. The underside of each is stamped ‘Semi-Porcelain, Ivanhoe, Trade Mark, S. Hancock & Sons, Stoke on Trent, England’ along with a castle logo that dates these pieces between 1906 and 1912.
Condition
- fading to paint and trim; light stains throughout; both would benefit from cleaning.
