A 1981 mixed media drawing of pastel, graphite, oil pastel and charcoal on paper by listed Illinois artist Thom Kapheim (1944-). Titled Lady & Shrimp Coat in Animal Rocker this depicts a woman with exposed breasts and extended stomach dressed in an oversized coat with extended shoulders and applied curling shrimp across the surface. It is signed, titled, and date below the image in graphite. The work is presented behind an ivory linen mat with a silver tone liner, under glass in a silver tone wooden frame with wire to the verso for hanging.
