A square, handwoven Persian area rug. This rug, in a palette of burgundy, slate blue, tan, and cream, features palmettes and florals throughout the field and a primary border with a similar pattern on a darker ground. The primary border is flanked by guard borders in the same colors. It is finished with fringe at either end. Unmarked.
