1966 Remco Batman Telephones
Item Details
A set of Batman Telephones, produced by Remco circa 1966. These two orange plastic rotary dial telephones, based on the 1966 Batman TV series, are connected by a long spool of wire, allowing them to be used in different rooms. Each phone has Batman’s face on the dial and a Batman icon with the words ‘Batman Telephone’ below the handset. The underside of one phone has a label with operating instructions; each phone takes two D batteries.
Condition
- melted plastic spots on one phone; general wear consistent with age; untested.
