Joe Tilson Mixed Media "Sky Mantra"

A signed limited edition etching and color aquatint with collage elements by well-listed British pop artist Joe Tilson (b.1928) titled Sky Mantra. The work has a repeating grid of squares with the word SKY to each in dark blue green, a metal clip to the top center with twine hanging through the center of the piece hooked to a metal cutout square. It is numbered 75/75 to the lower left corner in pencil. It is signed by the artist and dated 1979 in pencil to the lower right corner. The work is presented in a silver tone metal frame and under plexi-glass. Joe Tilson is best known for his sculptures, paintings, and prints featuring very intriguing designs, often with bright, vibrant color palettes.
Condition
Plexi-glass is coming out of the frame at the top.
