A pastel and colored pencil drawing of a clown portrait by Armand Henrion (1875–1958). This drawing on paper depicts a clown in a crimson cap staring onward with a lit cigarette in his mouth. The layers of color are accented by frenetic black marks. An artist signature is seen to the lower right corner of the composition. The drawing is presented under glass in an oval, moulded wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- backing has a tear; glass could benefit from cleaning.
