A novelty ‘three-dollar bill’ produced in 1993. This parody currency, marked as a ‘Queer Reserve Note’ (a reference to the old idiom ‘queer as a three-dollar bill’) issued by the ‘Disgruntled States of America,’ features a picture of President Bill Clinton with a whistle in his mouth on the recto and a picture of the White House with a ‘For Sale!’ sign on the verso. The back of the bill is marked ‘© 1993 Slick Times’ and has information for ordering pads of twenty-five by phone or mail order.
