Chinese Carved Nephrite Jade Snuff Bottle

A carved nephrite jade snuff bottle. This item features a double-gourd form with a straight neck within which sits a slightly domed stopper attached to a small flat scoop. One side features an incised decoration of a landscape with a waterfront building in the foreground with distant mountains across the top. No discernible maker’s mark could be found.
