Pair of Carved Quartz Bookends
Item Details
A matching pair of carved quartz bookends. These bookends each feature a bust to the front of a figure with his arms crossed across his torso, and subtle facial features including a nose ridge, ears, lips, and a carved set of eyes. The figurines rest on another piece of carved quartz with several deep grooves which, given the striations, may have come from a different slab than the figurines. These bookends are unmarked.
Condition
- one bookend has a significant chip on the back.
