An original aquatint etching on Rives paper by well-listed and historically noted French Surrealist, André Masson (1896 – 1987), printed in 1949 as a leaf in the publication by author André Malroux titled Les Conquérants, 1st edition, a folio of 33 original aquatint etchings by Masson. This print is from an unsigned edition, included in the catalogue raisonné titled André Masson: The Illustrated Books by Lawrence Saphire, pages 78 and 79. It is mounted behind dark red and speckled cream double mat, under glass in a black wood frame with hanging wire present to verso.

- print is creased to lower right corner.
