A group of ten books on American Western art. This collection features a limited special edition of The Cowboy in Art by Ed Ainsworth, published by the World Publishing Company in 1968; this fully leather-bound book is embellished with gilt page edges, lettering, and ornamentation. It is inscribed and signed by the author’s wife and numbered 535 out of an edition of 1000; a slipcase is included. Also included in this group are a hardcover first edition of William Robinson Leigh: Western Artist by D. Duane Cummins, published by the University of Oklahoma Press in 1980; a signed first edition of R. Brownell McGrew from the Laguna Beach Museum of Art, published by Lowell Press in 1978; and more.

- light edge wear and minor scuffs throughout; page discoloration; some have short inscriptions or decals inside; American Scene has faded edges to the exterior and a label taped to the spine; auction catalog has some decal residue to the cover; some dents and creases to exterior edges of one copy of Charles Russell; plastic sleeve on William Robinson Leigh is torn; William Ranney is price-clipped; Adventures in Western Art has bumped spine ends and some repaired tears to the dust jacket; The Navajo has loose binding.
