German and American Bayonets
Item Details
A pair of 20th century German and American bayonets. This selection of early to mid 20th century bayonets includes an American M1917 with a grooved wooden handle, metal pommel, stamped ‘U.S.’ underneath a grenadier’s emblem on the base of the blade. Also included is an M1898 German ‘quillback’ bayonet stamped ‘U.Reich F.Kaiser M.Gott’ on the blade.
Condition
- the ring has broken off of the German bayonet; rust throughout.
