This set includes a two volume hardcover set of The Horizon History of the Medieval World, edited by Jay Jacobs and published by American Heritage Publishing in 1968; a paperback copy of Life in Medieval France by Joan Evans, published by Phaidon in 1969; and a hardcover edition of A History of the Vikings by Gwyn Jones, published by Oxford University Press in 1968. Also included is a paperback edition of _The Birth of Civilization in the Near East by Henri Frankfort, published by Doubleday Anchor Books in 1956; and a hardcover copy of A Traveller on Horseback in Eastern Turkey and Iran by Christina Dodwell, published by Walker Publishing Company in 1989. The Horizon History set is contained in a slipcase.
Condition
- light edge wear throughout; discoloration to pages and exteriors; some interior inscriptions; tanning to The Vikings; The Birth of Civilization is blind-stamped and has some scuffs and writing to the cover; shaken binding and edge wear to dust jacket of A Traveller on Horseback; light surface scratches to slipcase.
