A collection of Western American art books. This group includes a total of five books featuring artists from the 19th century. Included are a hardbound copy of Alfred Jacob Miller: Artist on the Oregon Trail edited by Ron Tyler published in 1982 by the Amon Carter Museum, a hardbound copy of Artists and Illustrators of the Old West 1850-1900 by Robert Taft published in 1953 by Random House, a hardbound copy of Paintbox on the Frontier: The Life and Times of George Caleb Bingham by Alberta Wilson Constant published in 1974 by Ty Crowell, and a hardbound copy of The McKenney-Hall Portrait Gallery of American Indians by James D. Horan published in 1988 by Random House. Also included is a softbound copy of _The Life and Work of Edward Lamson Henry N.A. 1841-1919 published through the New York State Museum.

- dust jackets show wear with discoloration, creasing, edgewear, and some tearing; corners are rounded; some discoloration and color fading to front cover detailing; some page yellowing; pages show wear on exterior border; softbound copy has creasing and tearing on cover and spine with page yellowing.
