A signed, limited edition of Axel Herman Haig and His Work. This hardcover art book, written by E.A. Armstrong and published by The Fine Art Society in 1905, catalogs Haig’s etchings with complimentary text contextualizing and explaining each piece. They are presented as offset, black and white lithographs on thick paper with hand embossed plate marks, which are protected by sheets of vellum. An end page contains a portrait of the artist, which is signed below in black ink. The cover is bound in maroon with a gold, inlaid title.
