Silk Screen Batik Floral Print

A colorful silk screen batik floral print ,circa 1970, on fabric showcasing flowers, insect and paisley motifs. The black fabric is layered with blue, yellow red and white, with some layers creating green. It is surrounded with a brown composite faux bamboo frame with no matte or glass and finished with backing paper and picture wire for hanging. A personal inscription reads’ Batik, from Diane Stahl, X-Mas 1979.’

Condition

- tear in paper backing; surface scratches to frame.
