Three Vintage Procter & Gamble Copper Printing Plates
Item Details
A group of three vintage used copper printing plates, used by Cincinnati’s Procter & Gamble company, circa 1950s. The group includes a small plate that reads, ‘This side up, stow cool, away from boilers,’ a small plate used to print labels for Crisco shortening, and a large plate fro Yellow Distilled Glycerine.
Condition
- to fair. bending, and scratching across, consistent with use. Matted patina across largest plate.
