Antique 1900 "The Youth's Companion" Chromolithograph Calendar

An original antique 1900 chromolithograph calendar, produced in 1899 as a companion to the American children’s magazine ‘The Youth’s Companion.’ The calendar was printed by Perry Mason & Co. in Boston, Massachusetts. The central panel depicts a close-up portrait of a young woman in a garden, and two similar portrait grace the left and right panels. Small inset calendars for each month line the bottom of these panels. Scrolling gilt borders line the images.

- far right panel of trifold calendar has separated.

- measured folded. Laid flat, calendar measures 28" W x 9.25" H.
