A Hilary Floyd royal blue embellished dress and matching shawl from. This royal blue sleeveless dress features gathered straps, draped wrap sweetheart neckline, a matching chiffon overlay to the skirt and an embellished waist with a black beaded appliqué with tassel and long black fringe. Also included is a matching chiffon shawl with pleated satin bands to each end. Patty wore this dress to a Cincinnati charity event called Dancing for the Stars to benefit the Cincinnati Arts Association’s Overture Awards and Academy and came in second with her dance partner Brian McNamee from the Cincinnati Ballroom Company.
