Vintage Haviland Hand Painted Plate
Item Details
A hand painted glazed ceramic plate by Haviland, made in France. It features a hand painted motif of blooming red roses amidst a sea of green leaves against a white border with a gilt rim. The underside is marked ‘Haviland France’ along with the hand painted initials ‘Leo’. The hallmark dates the piece between the years 1894-1931.
Condition
Light wear; gilt finish has faded over time; consistent with age and use.
