Item Details

An antique Neoclassical style cut glass pedestal candy dish with a decorative metal stand. It features a slightly fluted diamond cut glass bowl with embossed bronze tone metal rims. The bowl rests atop a bronze-tone metal base accented by a female griffin figurine to either side, each mounted on a marquise shaped frame with a tiled top, beaded border and four feet. The piece is unmarked.

Condition

Item looks like it has had minor repairs; there are trace amounts of white paint on a piece of metal that may have chipped off.
