Vintage Sports Booklets

Item Details

An assortment of six sports booklets. The booklets were obtained at places of business; four of the six came from Horn Motor Sales, located in Lima, Ohio. One booklet came from the B.F. Goodrich Company and another from the First National Bank in Ronceverte, West Virginia. The four from Horn Moter Sales are from a series called, The Packard Sports Library : America’s Sports Trophies 1952; The Winter Olympics 1951; The Heavyweight Division 1951 and The Harmsworth Trophy 1951. The B.F. Goodrich Company sponsored a booklet Basketball Hints 1954-55 Edition. The bank sponsored Baseball For 1960; this booklet has statistics and the seating arrangements on all the Major League baseball stadiums.
