A genuine 1715 printing of The Battle of Denain map. The map details the reinforcements and encampments stationed around Denain during the decisive July 24, 1712 battle. The bottom of the map bears the inscription, ‘chez l’auteur dans l’isle du Palais sur le Quay de l’Orloge a la Sphere Royale avec privilege du Roy, 1715.’
