A selection of Southwicke porcelain dinnerware. The pattern features a white scroll border on a white china form with bands of applied silver tone detail. The eighty-three piece set includes ten dinner plates, six salad plates, six bread/butter saucers, twelve soup bowls, five cereal bowls, six fruit/dessert bowls, eight saucers, twelve teacups, five mugs, a tea pot with lid, a coffee pot with lid, a sugar bowl with lid, a creamer, a covered butter dish, an oval vegetable bowl, a round vegetable bowl, a round platter, an oval platter, a gravy dIsh, a round covered vegetable dish, and a set of salt and pepper shakers. The pieces include markings ‘Genuine Porcelain China,’ ‘Southwicke,’ ‘Dishwasher Safe, Oven Proof, Japan’ to the undersides.
Condition
- surface scratches; applied silver tone band on each piece shows wear; some pieces have chips.
