Funasaka Yoshisuke Signed Limited Edition Serigraph "Lemon"
Item Details
A signed limited edition mid-20th century Modernist serigraph on paper by Funasaka Yoshisuke 舩坂 芳助 (b. 1939), titled Lemon. The print depicts a black, white, and yellow composition made of organic patches of ink. The outline of a lemon is the only recognizable from in the composition, sitting to the piece’s right margin. The print is signed illegibly, dated 1972, and numbered 47/100 in pencil to the lower margin. It is matted in white and presented behind glass in a brushed silver tone metal frame with a hanging wire.
Condition
good- signature/numbering/date are partially covered by matting.
