1960s Philadelphia Eagles "African American" Toes Up Bobble Head Doll

A vintage mid-1960s Philadelphia Eagles ‘African American’ NFL football bobble head doll or nodder. This little guy stands on a round gold base with NFL decal. The doll is holding a football in one arm, dressed in green and white football gear. The helmet has painted gold wings with a metal single bar face mask. This doll has painted black cleats with ‘Toes Up’. The dolls head is still attached to its original spring and retains its original bold and rich colors.

- to fair, paper mache composition with paint loss, chips, paint loss, and large piece missing from backside of helmet
